A list of poems which will most likely become songs if they haven't already.
Wings Means Monsters
I look nothing like normal, nobody must see,
Tell me if you can, that there would be no hostility,
I feel feathers, and I feel homesick,
But they would catch me, think it's all a trick,
If I am true then I'm not human like you,
A dream seemed far, so far I flew,
Wings means monsters, once I slew,
Wings means monsters to all of you.
Wings Means Freedom
Building beauty in sound and light,
Wings are freedom bold and bright,
Stolen shadows form blinding dark,
But wings means freedom, not cold and stark,
We saw our problems every day,
In our heads they'd always stay,
Keep us awake every night,
We needed a way, we needed to fight,
Coloured green can shine and rise,
Wake and wipe sleep's tears from eyes,
We see everywhere we are through,
Tied by strings we shivered and grew wings.
Curtained (or something else, I'm not sure about the title for this)
I am not the lion, the mask, or the cape,
Remove from me these pins that I may escape,
Do not believe this foul costume,
Yours, and too your perfume,
Uncover the true smell of this cobwebbed room.
