Chardir's Big Chance

(For those who didn't get it, that was a Peter Hammill reference)
Pepsi have a contestmpetition where they (supposedly) give away £100 000 every day. You have to enter the code on the ringpulls of the cans (I think there are codes on bottles too, but I never found them) on the website for a chance to win. The conmpetestition ends soon, and I've been saving up codes for nearly a month. Today I entered 52 codes. That's a lot of ringpulls. Let's hope I win and can finally get a laptop, and maybe I could move out as well and... well, let's not get ahead of ourselves, it's only a chance after all.
In other news, I also got the John Carson's Hypermania album 'Down To Birth' today. That was really hard to track down. Type it in on google shopping and you get one result. I wonder how many there are left...
For those who don't know, John Carson was the first singer in the British prog band Arena, who are currently my favourite band. He was only on the first album though, and then he left. I think I was trying to find out what he's done since leaving Arena, and I found out about Hypermania. There are precious few things about John Carson at all on the internet, and finding somewhere to buy that album (for a reasonable price) was... actually, it was surprisingly easy, thanks to google shopping. But you have to buy it from Sweden. That's the only country with anywhere that has it in stock. It arrived today and it's some special kind of great! It kind of sounds like late 80s/early 90s Marillion, with some jazzier moments, and a few late-Genesis-esque ballads (but not quite as bad). If you like prog, chances are you'll like Arena. If you like Arena, chances are you'll like most of this album, and you should probably buy it as soon as possible.
Random Echo Of Thought:
Pez. What the hell was that all about?
EDIT: OBJECTION!
"That was really hard to track down." and "finding somewhere to buy that album (for a reasonable price) was... actually, it was surprisingly easy". Sorry about that. I guess it wasn't really that difficult.
